"This villa is truly a hidden gem. I loved the experience and had a great time. Firstly, I have to mention how kind and helpful the staff were because when we arrived they offered my guests some food which tasted amazing. If you are hesitant about this place, don’t be! Everywhere was very clean, the rooms are huge and the pool was lovely to swim in"

"Total scam!! Don’t do it. I booked this place 8/9/24. Property manager emailed me to cancel couple days before check in 8/29/24 stating the property was not ready due to storm from 7/3. No refund, not responding to me or the platform they use to take customers money. They had my phone number and decided to wait last minute to cancel via email. All while the platform they use was sending updates even as recent as the day before my check in reminding me that my check in was 8/29. Very...

"Just came back from a lovely week at Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica with family. Great facilities, awesome beach, friendly staff, excellent all around. I strongly recommend this option for those looking for a caribbean experience. An opportunity for improvement is the food quality at the italian restaurant La Dolce Vita, where our meal appeared poorly cooked and tasted below average. This is minor, since the food at the buffett is beyond delicious."
