"-the ratio equipment + service / price is very fair -room is big -location is close to restaurants, malls, shops -in house restaurant (Bambou Rooftop Restaurant) is good and not too expensive -breakfast offers a wide range of food, including asian food i stayed at both Onomo and 2000 Hotel i prefer 2000 Hotel for the size of the room and the price which is 50% cheaper"

"Thumbs up to the staff who were so helpful and courteous. If you're looking for an affordable, quiet and decent place to stay, i would definitely recommend staying here. The rooms have a bit of a safari feel to them; the floors can get cold, so i would suggest carrying/wearing slippers. Make sure to request one of the rooms in front of the pool, the view is lovely at night. Also if you're looking for a ride to get you around Kigali, ask for Alphonse. The washrooms are starting to age a bit, but...

"The staff went out of their way to be helpful and my room was quiet and comfortable with beautiful plants outside the door. I enjoyed the breakfast with so many choices and the dinners were also delicious. I plan to stay at 5 Swiss again next year when I return to Rwanda."

"We had a wonderful night out of Kigali. Enjoyed the sounds of the birds, the view, the clean, comfortable room, the delicious 5-course dinner in a beautiful charming lodge. Had the best breakfast I have ever had with homemade yoghurt, cakes, jam, fruit salad, cereals, eggs, etc. Played ping-pong, baby foot, other games while waiting for the rain to pass. Nice little walking paths in nature all around. We are definitely planning on coming back!"
