"The hotel was ideal for a stay in the city with being central. Very clean, huge room but lacked character and a little tired, could see it was a beautiful hotel in it's day. Saying that would stay again as it was good for what we required and reasonably priced. "

"Really lovely stay with good facilities and nice staff. My only complaint was that our room was next to the door way where we could hear everything in the corridor and there were people fighting outside in the middle of the night. So definitely avoid Clock Tower room 1. Also, it would be good if the spa could have a few more seated areas as we had to leave as there was no where to sit. We did come back later though and then we ended up having the spa area to ourselves. Would definitely stay here...
