"Booking done incorrectly, staff was incompetent to correct. Had to re-book cause they couldn’t fix now I have extra room paid for a stay I have to fight for a refund from Orbitz. Unfair and inconvenient that should have been an easy fix at check in. "

"Best way to end 2024 and welcome 2025. Most relaxing vacation and stargazing at night was an awesome experience. Pool in the villa is just nice for everyday dip and aqua aerobics. Great hospitality of the hotel, inviting us for a NY’s eve cocktails at the Wave Dining restaurant. We will be back again. "

"Beautiful hotel, great value for money. The most wonderful staff. Pool table and table tennis was under a shaded area in the pool bar area-so much fun and a good break from the sun! Not many resorts have shaded areas but the cabanas by the pool made a huge difference. Really fun slides in the pool which the kids enjoyed. There was no oats , muesli or Bircher at the breakfast which would have been nice but overall plenty of options at breakfast. Thanks for a great stay! "
