The airline had lost our bags en route and we showed up tired and frustrated from that experience but the hotel staff were so welcoming and kind that we soon snapped out of it. "I stayed at the Ostuni Palace for 2 nights at the beginning of October. The hotel is a short walk from centre and in a quiet location with beautiful views of town and surrounding area from outside. I had an average room, clean and comfortable. Restaurant / breakfast was very good. Hotel staff pleasant and eager to assist. You cannot drive near this area although they did have someone to pick us up with luggage but we had a rental car and secured parking which was a 15 minute walk away from B&B. The B&B did help getting that for us. The beach here is very small but for exploring other areas the location was central. Beautiful"
