"The hotel is unique because of its access to the monumental thermal pool, and the room was a good size and comfortable. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful when we asked them questions, but the site is large and quite complex to find your way around; more information provided at check-in would be good, or in the rooms. "It was great experience with this property. Coming quite late it was difficult to find. As we arrived we were offered dinner for reasonable price and since we did not feel going back to town we accepted. Oh my God, that turned out really special dinner next to fire place in rustic surrounding, with three course plentiful, tasty meal and cake and their wine included. We felt like kings. In the morning we strolled along beautiful property. Rooms are very clean and cosy, rustic and beautiful....

After I inquired about the town and a little of its history the man at the desk gave me the most wonderful run down about the Papal Palace and Italian history in general. I had a blast hearing about the world from his well-considered point of view."

"Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "
