"You must go to the Hotel Continentale to check in. This wasn’t clear, fortunately we stumbled on a guest being escorted to the Palace and figured it out. The Palace Suite is secured and you need your room and entry door key. The call boxes do not work. We were serenaded by some rowdy sports fans at 1am. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a good choice. "
