"A very nice, clean hotel. We found the beds to be much harder than we like. The service at breakfast, although friendly, could be very slow. There was supposed to be some hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon, but they were usually cold and poorly replenished"

I had originally booked at La Bella Modena CENTRO, but needed to move my date by a day, which I did on Expedia using “Change Dates” option on booking. New date was approved, I paid a small difference in charge, but I failed to notice that I had been changed to La Bella Modena, NOT CENTRO. "What a gorgeous location with exquisite facilities. The owner was extremely helpful, going out of his way to give us a private tasting and tour of his balsamic vinegar production. I want to return and stay longer. I highly recommend!"
