"Adult only hotel, great location, right in the Old Town Square. Breakfast, great choice and hot food to order. Rooms of good size, Prosecco and fruit in our room on arrival and a bottle of white wine left for us on the eve of our departure. Great service and very polite staff."

"Hotel is perfectly situated for trips for walks into Kazimierz, river, castle, Banksy museum and Old Town. Railway station is 5 mins walk with easy access to Salt Mines and Auschwitz, so no need to book tours through hotel, and you’ll save money. Bikes are also available through hotel. Hotel has two great restaurants and breakfast is exceptional! In foyer is free tea and coffee throughout the day. There’s a steam room, sauna, massage and gym downstairs. Rooms are very comfortable and everything is operated through an iPad. Only downside was a lack of wardrobe, but hanging is space is available, but it’s not ideal!"

"We stayed in the Radisson Blu while bringing our daughter there to study at the University- we do not speak any polish, so I was a little concerned, however for no need. The staff was great, hotel clean quiet, great location, the shopping at the Galaxy was some of the best I’ve known (were from Canada) When we come to visit again it will by far be our first choice in hotel!
