"It was a pleasant stay and escape from the craziness of George Town. There is a bus station conveniently nearby that made it feasible. Staff was always available and able to resolve issue promptly. If only the air conditioning was working, it would be perfect. But the swimming pool was good."

"Location is great, walkable to most attractions in Georgetown. Check-in/out was fast and cordial. Room was clean, neat and bright with natural light, nice night view of city too. Housekeeping was attentive too. I forgot to remove the 'Do not disturb' sign when I stepped out, a card was slipped under the door to inform me to give them a call if I require any service before certain time. Probably due to the age of the hotel, the room looks kind of "tired". Overall experience is pleasant, relaxing...
