"Amazing stay. However the hotel is almost outdated even though is very comfortable. Staff were great except the newer staff which is foreign staff. Hardly understand Bahasa and limited English. Came during weekend and school holiday. Its very crowded but the staff managed patrons professionally. I might return again maybe during non peak with less crowd."

"The staff was absolutely amazing! They were friendly, courteous and helpful. Roberto that works the resort restaurant is an absolute gem. Always made sure I was well taken care of. If it's a massage you need, I highly recommend Yana. She manages to strike the perfect balance between a gentle, soothing massage and a deep sports massage. Finally, you must have a chat with Simon. You will find him at the reception as he oversees operations. He can provide you with a multitude of places to visit, restaurants to eat wherever your next destination takes you! "Lived our stay at this beautiful hotel. It was close to everything and we walked everywhere. A nice park across the street with a clock tower all lit up. Lots of dining options in the town and the food at the restaurant onsite was good too. Breakfast was plentiful. Small gripe…gym was small and no pool. "

"Love the location of the property, away from main road and set back, not far from Brinchang town. Beautiful property ground, love our room facing the mountain! Staff was very friendly. Service and food at The Lantern Chinese restaurant was very good. Breakfast buffer was good but could improve with more rotation of different varieties of food. We stayed 3 nights and breakfast quickly became very repitative."
