"too croudy. the restaurant was crowdy & noisy. the staf were not able to refill the food . sometime you cant find cups& tea spoon. they didnt renew the placement', .i talked with the manager of the reception, he done nothing. bad experience"

"We stayed at this property for two nights just after Christmas . We were lucky to be there in a beautiful winter with loads of snow . Breakfast was delicious , staff was helpful , we booked a kulig ( horse sleigh ) for one of the mornings and that was lovely too . It’s close to goracy Potok hot thermal pools which are brilliant and only a short drive away from zakopane , gubalowka and beautiful mountains . A few minutes walk away there is a shop and a great restaurant serving local Delicious...

"We booked this pleasing hotel coming back up from Zakopane for our last night stay. Hotel modern and clean with good facilities. Used the swimming pool (which doesn't use much chlorine due to UV filter) with various water therapy jets. Room very large, it felt slightly unfinished (TV was hung on wall at a an angle, we had a kettle but no coffee. Breakfast selection was a delight with the black pudding being delightful."

"The hotel location is great. It's close to Szczawnica from where you can start your trips around Pieniny mountains. The hotel itself is OK, but not more than that. Rooms are clean-ish (bathroom had a lot to wish for, shower sink was cogged) and quite cosy, though the decoration was a little too chaotic - decoration elements did not really match each other. "The location of this place is fantastic for those looking for absolute piece and quiet with a great proximity to hiking and bicycle trails. The property provides all the things you need on your holiday plus many extras like plenty of space outside, BBQ areas, salt cave and playground for children.
