The apartment allocated to us was big but it does need some refurbishment. In addition, it's location is a bit too far from the city centre except the Queen's areas."

What let us down at the end was the breakfast on the last day; waited nearly an hour for a bagel on what seemed like a relatively quiet morning. This would lose a star normally, but the extra touches here and there, plus letting us check in early, are enough to keep this to five."
