"Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Rooms are comfortable with enough space. We ate in the restaurant and found the food good. Their Covid precaution were sensible and followed by the guests. Only downside is our room was very hot (no a/c) so sleeping was hard. "

Since we had the family room on the top floor the walls in the bathroom were severely restricting the possibility to stand in the shower. The glass wall that should help to protect the floor from flooding when showering unfortunately had a seal that did not quite reach the lower right corner of the bathtub causing large amounts of water to spill to the floor. "Set in the quiet countryside this was a very nice and comfortable hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of choices catering to both European and North American tastes. I dined there several times and had really good meals. It was a perfect starting point for my trips to various Bavarian destinations (Munich, Memmingen, Neuschwanstein, Rothenberg ob der Tauber, and Regensburg. "The hotel staffs were super friendly. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Parking was a little challenging as non hotel guests were parking at the same space. But the hotel staff was super nice to let us have her parking lot. "

"The staff at the Golden Tulip Parkhotel Neu-Ulm are really friendly and helpful and should be commended for this. I requested a non-smoking room, just to be put into a smoking room! They did change it for me. The passages in the hotel have a stale smoke smell, which is really not nice and quite disgusting. The wifi was not working and the reason given "it is because we are fully booked". You would think that in the day and age we live in, this should not be an excuse or an issue. The room...
