We did half-board and the food is fantastic. The staff were very nice. The onsen were beautiful, especially the open air one on the fourth floor. There are six or seven onsen total including the three private ones. "

"Nice onsen facility. Amenities were fun including free ice cream/ice pops and evening bowl of noodles. Breakfast was tasty and had lots of options. You don't need to bring anything with you...provided resort/lounge wear that everyone wore to breakfast, shampoo/conditioner, razors, toothbrush, comb/brush. Biggest drawback was that the old shopping district is gine now so not rhat many stores nearby. It's about a 15 minute walk from Kofu Station."
