"The bathroom was a bit outdated but the overall was a great room, except the my room location was by the elevators and we can hear it all night- it is something to think about during booking location of the room. Didn’t care for server on the casino floor lacked customer service but the front is wonderful "

"The bed was wonderful. The room was very comfortable. No noisy neighbors. Pool area was close by. The parking was tight. We had a jeep and it usually took 2 tries to park."

"Grand Canyon Western Ranch was such a wonderful highlight to our trip. It was a pleasure to have met Ms. Kim, Cowboy Casey, and Cowboy John. Being a girl from MS, the hospitality was special. You don’t get that everywhere. We had breakfast and dinner on site. The pricing was fair and the food was delicious. We took a sunset horse ride and sat by campfire at night with Cowboy Casey playing his guitar and singing. Our trip to Grand Canyon West would not have been the same without the Ranch. "
