"Everytime we walked in the door or off the elevator the ladies at the front desk would smile and tell us hi! I absolutely loved the atmosphere it was such an easy relaxing stay. Staff was all very helful aswell as friendly. The hotel is so pretty and their was a dj on the patio Saturday which was cool to see since we were there for an edm event. I honestly have no complaints. The rooms are pretty simple but very clean! Thanks Aloft! "

"My husband and I travelled here from out of state for a concert. Not ever exploring Minnesota before, we were worried about our stay in the downtown area. Parking was a little confusing, but we received an email letting us know where to park and this was so helpful. When we checked in there was a little mishap, but we got an upgrade to a different room and appreciated this. The room was spacious, very clean. For being downtown, it was very quiet.
