"The hotel is very Nice, although a bit old, but it is properly mantained. Totally recommend the Ryokan breakfast, and I also recommend usinh the prívate Onsen at the hotel. All of the 7 pubñic Onsen come included with the hotel. Overall great place. "

Great hotel

"Great hotel close to the station. The staff is really amazing. The rooms are simple yet very good. Great Internet connection even for video calls. The free breakfast was just amazing (you can bring it up your room if you want) Just make sure not tk book a smoking room if you don't smoke like I did... But if you do, they have sprays that help with the smell!"

"Excellent choice for Kinosake-Onsen. Staff was above and beyond amazing. Incredible location. We were a bit worried that this might be too far from the center of town but on the contrary, it was an easy walk and we enjoyed being in a quieter location. Walk into town was beautiful. Can not recommend this place enough!"

"We had a really wonderful time. The staff was all incredibly kind and helpful and went above and beyond with everything. The food and drink was all so delicious and there was a private onsen for us to use which was really nice. Would definitely stay here again! "
