Breakfast was excellent; dined one night at the bar beside the pool and the fried vegetarian wraps were delicious. Pool was clean and so refreshing. Easy to walk into the city for eating options. "This hotel has spacious rooms and lovely windows to look over the city. What was absolutely outstanding was the customer service and genuine care from staff. We needed to extend our stay on our day of check out after being hospitalised in kandy. The staff organised everything and even waited until we were discharged from hospital at 1230AM to hand deliver us our room key and make sure we got in safe. "
