"The property was quiet and the staff, Adji and Muhammad and the other guy whom I can’t remember, were all excellent hosts. They made me feel welcome. Adji went the extra mile to arrange a tour for me and El Hadj, the tour guide was wonderful as well. I will definitely recommend this lace ."

"El Medina is a comfortable, if slightly overpriced option. The room was spacious and the central air conditioning works well. Note that you cannot adjust the air conditioning and it’s just throughout the entire building, but I was never too warm. Unlike the outside air, the room was very damp due to the AC, so my clothes would not dry. They will let you hang clothes on the rooftop (worth visiting for the view alone) if you ask. "This hotel is new, but needs a lot of improvement. First, there is no pool (being renovated) or restaurant. Second, my room had a smell that radiated from the bathroom…I’m guessing sewer gas from an improper sink trap. They put an incense lamp to cover it up. Also, mosquitos at night in a room without nets. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were pleasant, but I’d look for another option in Saint-Louis."

"I stayed for 10 days at the K. It is not a luxury accommodation, but totally fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a small shop nearby.
