Check-in was easy. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Free parking. Lots of amenities walkable from here. And we enjoyed a bit of stroll on the boardwalk along the river. "

"Summers Inn is a nice motel. The staff at the office and the breakfast area were very nice and polite. The bathroom in the room was small. Which is typical for the older motels. But, it was very clean. Breakfast was handled differently than most motels. You chose what you wanted the night before along with a time to eat the next morning. Worked great in my opinion."

"Uniquely classic 50s. Loved the old fashioned bathroom- so much like the home I grew up in. Two blocks from waterfront!! Closest neighbor a city park. Even a screen door. Price unbeatable. I don't particularly like cold, sterile modern (or fancy) hotels. Ventura was super clean, accessible and classic."

"A quaint hotel which takes you back to a time when life was a lot simpler, It has the feel of a 1950's decor. Very clean and a little worn and dated. I will stay here next summer when I return. "
