"Crystal was very friendly and welcoming. I can’t emphasize more how clean and tidy the room is— better than a lot of expensive hotel rooms I stayed in. Lovely bathroom amenities too. Nice toilet paper and face tissue — which a lot of other places tend to go cheap on. The bus stop is right outside and walkable distance to the plaza and supermarket. Already booked it again for my next trip to Palmy."

Hotel was a good walkable distance to Esplanade Park, supermarket & Plaza mall. No update on webite/booking sites to indicate spa pool not available & swimming pool water was very milky & cloudy. You would not see a child at the bottom of the pool in that water. The water definitely needs attention, and we would have enjoyed swimming in a...
