"Our room was a lot worse than the one in the photo and we were supposed to have booked an upgrade. The window faced a small internal patio with machinery that made a constant loud humming noise. It was very clean and breakfast was nice."

"This is the worst place we have ever stayed - the room was dank , smelly and dirty, the furniture was extremely dated and felt like it was from the 70's. The whole hotel is uninviting and has a depressing feel to it. Everything is on it's last legs and needs replacing. We didn't sunbathe round the pool as it also looked very uninviting , the outside areas are scruffy and filthy . We instead went to the Seashells hotel on the seafront and sunbathed there. "The lobby was elegant and inviting. The staff and turn down service was exceptional. We did a spa treatment with the vitality suite offering which was mediocre. I would say that the price per night was very high given that breakfast was not included and the location is rather inconvenient without any restaurants nearby."
