"The stay in the hotel was very good. The staff was very informative and helpful, even though my French was not up to par with theirs. The room was excellent, and the breakfast was acceptable. The gym was adequate for a hotel. The location and the neighbourhood are sketchy, but there is security. If you use the hotel airport shuttle, remember it will cost you 25 Euros; nothing is free in Madagascar."

"The property is nice looking. But it’s more about the looks than the value with this resort. The decor leads you to believe you are in a 5 star hotel, but the air con in the room is tiny, the room was never cold. The all inclusive buffet has lots of options however the taste is lacking. This hotel services primarily an Italian population however all Italian dishes were average at best. Staff moves super slow. I spent my birthday at the resort and booked a private beach side dinner. The pasta I got was super hard to chew (it was not al dente, I have eaten myway through Italy), I ordered a chocolate cake and Malagasy birthday song. I got a vanilla cake with English singing. I was disappointed. The beach is super nice, they have security guarding the salespeople off. "

"The staff was friendly, the property is great and well maintained, the room was spacious and super clean, the gym and spa are functional, the hotel is conveniently located and the food is just fantastic. And despite all these, the price was reasonable. Honestly one of my best hotel experiences so far. I highly recommend them!"
