"We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next. "Stayed in Room 107 for 2 nights. The hotel is in a very good condition with marble and tiles everywhere. My room was on the first floor. No lift though. The room had a strong smell of Naphthalene. At least there were no insects. Everything looked clean, although the floor was a bit dusty. I picked up some of it while walking barefoot and ended up using the slippers provided. "Very nice place. Great space and pool. Really enjoyed the evenings by the poolside when we got back from our day. All of the staff were great, friendly, and professional. The only set back I had is when I got stuck in the elevator for a while until they found the right key. Other than that, I would stay again. "

"Super surprised by our stay at Moyura Hotel, we had a lovely stay and all the staff were super helpful. First the room were the best we've had Nepal, especially at this price point. It was huge, squeaky clean with great facilities and an awesome shower. The restaurant was also a lovely suprise. Big thanks to Krishna Thapa who was working in the restaurant. We asked for all of dishes to be changed to be suitable for vegans, and he made what could have been a challanging order really simple....

"We were made very welcome by the family at Horizon Homestay and recommend staying here. The food was excellent, all freshly prepared. The views over Tansen were beautiful - a great place to have breakfast in the sun. We were going to eat out on our second night, but the restaurant closed early as it was a Saturday night. Instead we were treated to delicious pasta, fresh vegetables and herbs. Thank you. Namaste."
