"This was our first time at Royal Solaris and it did not disappoint. The food at the buffet was good with lots of options , the restaurants were great especially Pancho. The staff was absolutely fantastic. The beach and the views were breathtaking. Lots of activities for kids. Rooms were good for a family of 4. We will definitely be back. "

"We love the Hard Rock all inclusive resorts. Book your transfers directly through hard rock. Very seamless. Food was excellent. Italian restaurant and hibachi are our favorite. Service throughout was top notch. Traveled with 13 and 15 year old sons and they had plenty to do. Booked clear boat city tour, would definitely recommend it to see the city and landmarks on the sea. Hotel is about 50 minutes from airport so a little ways out in comparison to other resorts. We booked a junior suite king with a gorgeous balcony and direct ocean views. Very clean. I really don’t have any negatives. There was a hiccup with our transportation for our city tour however the hotel found us alternate driver (Dany) and he did a fantastic job and did all he could to make sure our tour continued as planned. All in all would do it again. We will be back again!"

"Quiero compartir mi experiencia inolvidable en el Hotel Villa del Palmar en Cabo San Lucas. Este lugar es simplemente maravilloso. Todo, desde las instalaciones hasta el servicio, es de una calidad excepcional. La comida es deliciosa y variada, siempre con opciones para todos los gustos. La limpieza de las habitaciones y de las áreas comunes es impecable, lo que realmente demuestra el cuidado y la atención que tienen hacia sus huéspedes. Lo que realmente hace especial este hotel es su personal. Cada uno de los empleados que conocí fue amable, educado y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Quiero felicitar especialmente a Jesús, Israel, Jorge, Alejandro, Armando, Iracema, Omar, Kevin y muchos otros que hicieron mi estadía aún más especial. Su profesionalismo, responsabilidad y calidez humana son admirables. Una mención especial para la celebración de Año Nuevo que organizaron: fue simplemente espectacular e inolvidable. La dedicación y el esfuerzo que pusieron en cada detalle hicieron que la experiencia fuera mágica. Estoy totalmente impresionada con la calidad de los servicios en este hotel, y sin duda regresaré pronto.
