Amazing time! Only point to note is the front desk staff will tell you you don’t need to make restaurant reservations-please make restaurant reservations!! Many times we waited longer than 90 minutes. I would have rather known what time I was eating and planned accordingly.

The food was good, however the market buffet was closed every night for dinner and the wait times were long at the restaurant so was hard at times to get your hands on some food. The coffee shop was always open, but again line ups and limited food options there. Facilities were great, everything was clean. A lot of sales pressure from the department that tries to sell Memberships, but was able to get a paid excursion for attending the sessions which was great. Overall great, but would have been better if the buffet was an option for dinner time.

They have a sewage issue. The sprinklers go on and it smells like crap.. we had a beachfront suite with connecting room with had 3 bathrooms, of which all smelled like sewage. We called service and they seemed like it was a normal thing and told us they would send someone up and to basically take my family for a walk while they pour a bunch of chemicals… cause that is exactly what they did. I came back and had to air out the entire suite because I couldn’t put my toddlers to bed with the strong chemical smell. You go down to the pool and if they are watering the pool it smells of crap. Bottom line this hotel has an issue of some sort with their sewer system. On another note, activities for kids = zero. Once they came out to make bracelets, they had a “foam” or should I say a mini bubble party. It was a joke. Very IMPORTANT you cannot lay on the beach or get into the ocean. The waves are enormous and the beach is supposedly “federal” so you can’t lay out there; however in the middle it looks like the sewage empties out on it so go figure. Shows are after 9pm so def not for kids. If you want your bedding changed make sure to tell them because they won’t. I had to leave a piece of cereal under a pillow to make sure it was changed and it wasn’t after I told them twice. Overall, won’t be back.

First time in Cabo and we had a great experience. It was very family friendly and the staff was amazing. Only draw was being so far from downtown Cabo. Otherwise would highly recommend of you’re looking for all inclusive resort

Hotel and resort were very nice, beautiful rooms. Most of the staff were very courteous and attentive. I didn’t care for the food selections, I thought they could expand the menu. The mixed drinks were watered down.
