"I think this property far exceeds the way it is described online. It is a bed and breakfast not a hotel so there isn't a front desk. The room was lovely and clean. The madame who ran the place was polite and friendly. The continental breakfast was pleasant and enjoyable - croissants, yoghurt, cheese and meat. "Staying at a castle is an adventure in and of itself. The owners/our hosts Don and Jennifer, are a delightful young couple who have restored the castle and have been there the past 3 years. Very helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast was wonderful. The view was terrific and we had great fun enjoying a nighttime bonfire under a canopy of brilliant stars. We had a terrific dinner prepared by a French chef, Jean Claude and even went to the market in the morning with him and Don to pick out...

"The beds were very comfortable. With a code we could get in without having to wake anyone up. Our little dogs were allowed to come with us. That was a relief. The owners were so nice to give us a late breakfast after we came in long after midnight after a wedding."
