"This hotel is exceptional . We got upgraded to the swim put room, the sun was on the pool until sun it was glorious to sit there with a glass of wine be able to swim in the pool overlooks the perfectly manicured mountains. The room is beautifully decorated to a very high standard, large king size bed and soft drink and tea and coffee. We ate dinner in the hotel - only dinners so treated to great service . The menu is much more expensive than other places we’ve experienced in South Africa...

"We had the best time at Kambati as a family we had a gorgeous view from our tent that was very clean it was our first time trying the glamping style and our experience was amazing! The kids enjoyed every minute we played thhe mini golf and the kids swam in the pools with slides and had ice cream cones at the pool the staff is so friendly and the cute animals too! "An absolute find in this beautiful part of the Karoo. The atmosphere and style is that of a traditional Game Lodge. The food is excellent with a team to match. There are several designated walks within the estate for all levels of ability. The one thing we noticed is how immaculately clean the whole place was, with the pool being the cleanest we've experienced throughout our travels in SA. "Our stay was great. The host was outside and greeted us when we drove up. She directed us to our room (an upgrade) and explained the services, mainly breakfast since it was winter. Speaking of breakfast, the hot plate was delicious, a great start to our morning. Only issue was the cold. It was in the high 30s/low 40s and there was no heat in the room or breakfast area. The extra blanket helped, but there was no where to sit that was a reasonable temperature. The staff we met were all fabulous....
