"The staff was great; friendly, courteous and willing to help with anything. The have an in-house restaurant, the food was great, nice pool and a gym if you like to workout. I will stay again at this hotel if I was to return."

"Room was advertised as a "Deluxe" with king bed. Sadly, the room was on par with budget hotels, lacked wash cloths, had a queen bed, no light bulb in the bathroom socket, and was very small. There were cobwebs in the corners of the bathroom and the towels pretty run down. The employees were very nice and beach lovely, but definitely not worth the price paid. We paid less at Bocas Olas and had a gorgeous view, king bed, and absolutely gorgeous facilities. Pretty bummed. Finally, the wifi code didn't work, which was unfortunate. "

"The only thing i did not like was the stains on the white sheets and the repair on the ceiling that caused some of it to be on top of the beds."
