"I wanted to give them 5 stars. Everything was excellent, except the most important, the beds. The mattresses were too well used and had a plastic covering so we were all sweating against the mattress even though the aircon was as cold as you wanted."

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff was right there to welcome us, helping us out of our vehicle and insisting on managing every single piece of luggage (and we had a lot!). The hotel itself is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly safe. Every little detail was taken care of, and they catered to our every need, making our stay truly luxurious. "The only good about this hotel is the location coz it's at the beach front. Everything else is not worth staying. Commonal bathroom and shower that ate very small, the room is literally just a cubicle with no other amenities except aircon and with the price of almost $100 per night, you'll get a far better experience at Hilton!!!!"
