"This was a wonderful place to stay. I had my birthday party with 25 family members as a dinner buffet and it was great. People are friendly, professional, courteous and.extremely helpful. I used to stay at Vivanta Gateway and from now on, i will only stay at this property."

"Hotel is conveniently located on MG Road which is prime arterial road and shopping area. Rooms need better sound proofing as there is incessant traffic noise. Staff needs to be more responsive and well trained. Had to continually chase for small requests. Hotel is pricey compared to the facilities it offers. Overall, hotel needs to invest considerably in staff training for a better client experience. "

"Not recommended for foreigners. This Hotel dowa not provide Toilette papers. You need to use bud shower instead. Also after asking. They dont have it. Mattresses was super soft can feel every spring inside. "

"This property is not what it shows in photographs or lists its various amenities. There is no parking. There is no restaurant. The hotle is literally in a small road off the main road above a Bata shop. The towels were grey in colour instead of white. The whole hotel and room were stinking. The photograph is a lie. Really disappointed. We had to find another place to stay in Vijaywada. Please don't stay here if you are a couple or a family."
