Great customer service

Great hotel in Guntur. Stayed there few times always happy with customer service . Staff are very accommodating and helpful and always go extra mile to help . Dinner buffet could have been better with choices and change of menu. Room is clean and spacious and minimalistly decorated to what needed .

We stayed at this place for 3 nights. The service was horrible and the food options were pretty bad. We waited for 15 mins for just a cup of coffee. The people working there looked like they didn’t have any interest in customer service and didn’t care for the reputation of the brand ITC.

There was not adequate food. it appears like you were not at all prepared the breakfast option for your guests. we noticed you had some conference happening during our stay and the dining room was over occupied with those folks and the hotel guests got least options and preferences.
