"Room did not have heat turned on when i arrived. It took over an hour before it was warm in the room. The fan on the heat never turns off. It is extremely loud. "

"We noticed the girl cleaning around the hotel actually went outside and was also picking up trash! That’s awesome they care enough to keep the facilities clean outside too!👏 Thank you! Tonya (dining area) was very attentive keeping the area clean, well stocked and picked up. She was also very helpful with attractions. "Nice, we just needed a place to sleep for the night. We watched TV before falling asleep and had plenty of TV options. We had a king bed room and perfect size for a couple. The breakfast wasn’t much, but coffee was good, nice hot tea selection. All the food was prepackaged items. Definitely will stay again when traveling. Getting ready to make a reservation for next month at this same hotel. "

"They were amazing! I had to stay there because of the weather and having to work nearby… they went above and beyond to make everything comfortable. And I even saw the staff trying to help people in the parking lot with ice and snow removal on their cars . "

"It was a pretty good place for a couple day stay, only thing to complain about is the door to the bathroom has no latch for the lock (room225) but other then that breakfast was good and came in to a clean well kept room. "
