"Only a couple of streets away from a lively eating area, this hotel was in a great location. There was a subway entrance at the end of the street and it was walking distance to the department stores around Umeda. The room was clean and a decent size. The hotel has a convenience store within it, which was fantastic. There is a rooftop pool, but access to it is quite costly - this would be my only drawback (I'm being picky as it would have been nice to access this facility but not at the cost of around $80 for our family of 4 per hour). Overall, clean and well located, but still quiet."

"The front desk girls are very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they allowed us to do early check-in by signing up the membership for Citadines program. Super nice and patience on helping us out. We really enjoyed the stay. Also nice walking distance to the harbour and all nice restuarants. "
