"Tunamaya doesn’t fall in the high end group of resorts but it sufficed. We were mostly outside doing activities like fruit farms, firefly sightseeing and ATV rides. The view and proximity to the beach is wonderful and convenient. The food at the cafe and Nelayan restaurant was first-rate. "10 min walk to Legoland, through Medini Mall which has food options and a supermarket. Much cheaper than Legoland hotel. We didn't get breakfast at the hotel because it's bento boxes. As some reviews have mentioned, the property is a bit old. It's also next to a hospital so we saw hospital staff and patient/ family in the hotel. Generally the hotel is quiet and clean. Easy enough to go around with Grab. "

"This place is no where near a beach, this is Tioman Island. There is no restaurant close by. I’m hungry and I’m glad I pack Mac n cheese. You have to pay for ride to go EAT or Go beach. Horrible place. If I brought food. I could make it work. I’m on holiday not a cook for me situation. "

"The staff were very pleasant. The food was ok. But there was a very unpleasant smell of sewage and burning plastic in and around our cabin. Our cabin was located at the back od the resort amongst accomodation for staff. At the back and to the side of our cabin were areas being cleared and burnt. These areas were unsightly, littered with rubbish and used to burn rubbish. The smell of burning plastic was inside our cabin. Most frustratingly the"
