You have to ask for coffee for example, which can take 20 minutes or three minutes. Our room was never cleaned consistently in the same way. The hotel is currently hosting around 1,000 displaced survivors of the 7/10 Hamas attack on Israel and we were the only tourists staying at the hotel. It was a visit I will never forget."
