"Perfect hotel for 3 nights in Reykjavik! We booked a double room with balcony, but we were disappointed that the bed was smaller than we expected and was right against the wall. Reception staff were lovely and upgraded us to a deluxe room (thank you again)… this room was fantastic. The common areas were ample, warm and inviting. The hotel is right next to the whale boat tours and about 15 minute walk to the centre (but with lots of bars and restaurants to pop into on the way)."

"Selected hotel for location and reputation. Room clean and comfortable, great spa facilities which were busy but not full although hotel busiest we had on our trip. Staff welcoming and restaurant staff very attentive. Breakfast self service abd extensive sekection. Restaurant food very good. Easy to park, access from main road. Great views. "
