"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's easy to reach from Ueno station. The check in was fast, with all the necessary information given. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 3. It is nicely decorated and has a well equipped kitchen featuring a good sized fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful. Look forward to visiting again."

"We took a standard room with multiple beds. That actually means there were two single beds plus a sofa that could be turned into a bed. As there were just two of us, we left the sofa as a comfy place to lounge around. The kitchenette was nicely kitted out with a stove, fridge and microwave. "The pokemon theme room quite impressive although the snorlax pushy looks a bit dirty. The whole room is with pokemon design except the toilet. Around 10mins walk from station, no shelter. "

We had a drip bucket right outside our door that was collecting water from thre leaving roof that smelled everyday we passed it. "The place was near restaurants. We walked and chose where we ate. The area was quiet the place was not that clean to our standards but it’s okay. There was a washing machine if you want to wash your clothes and you can dry the clothes a small balcony. Nobody at the check in counter all communication were in the iPad. It would be nice if there is an easy way to communicate with somebody like in our case that we extended the check out time. Maybe the iPad at the counter can be used for that...

"Booked a two bedroom Japanese suite for 6 adults and it was pleasantly spacious enough to accommodate. My only feedback would be that the kitchen is quite small, however I believe that the area that would have been utilised for the kitchen has been allocated to the tatami room. There was storage for suitcases which was very practical for those staying in the tatami room. The main washroom was spacious with double vanity. Walking distance to main asakusa area was great.
