"Where do i start? Staff support friendly. The room was the best that we had on our Japan trip. Super comfy bed and pillows. The Onsen was the most opulent on our entire trip. The only thing was that could have topped it off, was a higher room. We had a view of a brick wall. "

"My young daughter like the hotel! Cleanliness is top notch especially the spacious toilet with bathtub which is a plus point! Location is just within Odori subway station underpass with access to many food and amenities. Also odori park with the Christmas lighting is just 5mins walk away! The tv tower view is very charming. Recommended for all! Maybe the sign for the hotel is a bit too small and cosy as I tried to look for awhile before I notice the hotel 😀"

"An excellent capsule hotel option , the regular cabin has a very comfortable bed with lockable storage underneath and a normal ceiling height. There is also a tv and ambient lighting. The shared hygiene facilities are very clean and there is a japanese bath. A buffet breakfast is available and the lounge /dining area has a drinks vending machine. There is a convenience store at street level. The sleeping areas are gender segregated for security and are very quiet. Mattresses are comfortable and I had an excellent sleep."
