They even had extra blankets for sitting outside by the fire as well as bath robes and slippers, which were really good for going outside. "Comfy bed, clean room, nice staff, no complaints. For a hotel in Pagosa I would rate above average. I live right up the road in Bayfield and regularly book in Pagosa as necessary to facilitate work travel. For contractors there is a nice open parking lots to pull in pickup trucks with trailers. Not sure how a tractor/truck (semi) would fare, but I stayed there with my dually pickup and 35 ft gooseneck and there was plenty of room."
