"Traveling through on the way home; came in tired… Pleasant and helpful desk folks. Breakfast was typical and typical is not good for hotel breakfasts. Although the coffee was good. Is there some “bad breakfast” code at Wyndham hotels? I have to say that Holiday Inn Express has excellent breakfast offerings!!!"

"Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was okay by today's standards. The waffle maker worked well. I booked the place because of the hot tub/spa. Arrived at 1027pm so was unable to use, closes at 10pm apparently. Disappointed in the lack of flexibility. Went over to the hot tub at 830am, it had not been turned on, so water was cold. "

"We stayed at Beaumont Ranch the night before the Savage Race that was also on the property. the In-Law House was spacious, comfortable, and quite. Our group enjoyed the stay. There were plenty of bathrooms and living room seating for all. The space is older, but cozy, and has lots of cool artwork and artifacts to check out. it was very convenient for getting to our event the next day. the only complaint is that when we pulled out the sofa bed for one of our group to use, it was really dirty....

The only deduction I gave for property condition/facilities was that it was warm and a little musty in the hallway, but once we stepped into our room it was nice and cold leading to a great night of sleep.
