"Lovely historic hotel in the heart of the city. Parking was very tricky (as noted by another reviewer) and made more difficult with the Christmas market. However, the hotel staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. Our room was a suite with separate living area and bed. The bathroom was modern and well appointed. Excellent location!"

"I enjoy this hotel a lot. Two things to help improve: 1 curtains need to be more black out as the lights from the street illuminate the entire room; 2. luggage that is left needs to be secure and not left in the lobby. I returned to see my expensive luggage sitting out in the hall where anyone could take it. The staff are always wonderful"

"This is a lovely hotel a few minutes walk from the Airport bus stop at Jeanne d'Arc so easy and hassle free travel to the airport in 30 minutes. A great location means all the main sites and attractions are within walking distance but if you're not inclined the Metro is nearby, cheap and easy to navigate. We did not eat at the hotel but the rooms were clean with new towels every morning and the staff were friendly and attentive. Perfect for a long weekend. "
