"On arrival night hotel staff was celebrating something on a balcony below our room. It was super noisy and I have to call security to stop it . We did not sleep whole night after that. On our last night again this hotel staff moved furniture at 4 am at same place. We did not sleep half night."

"We always stay here every year twice or three times a year it clean friendly even this time we got a room very bad in the bathroom we still will stay there one incident won’t change"

"The fan in the bathroom was making noise all night, so I had trouble sleeping. Then, the curtain hooks were broken, so light came in through them. The next morning, I asked to change rooms. Fortunately, they willingly changed it. Andrea helped me. I was very grateful. Also, the curtains weren't washed for a while so they were very bare."
