"I like the room and the hotel I like the service but I had little issue, on arrival to the front desk they let me know that the room that I did make the reservation was not available any more and that they were going to give another room a lot different than the one I reserved but they will make it up to me with free breakfast, at this point I was very disappointed, the lady at the front desk noticed that and very fast they told me that never mind that they had a room equal that the want I had...

"Recomiendo totalmente hospedarse en este hotel si el objetivo es estar cómodos, y cerca de muchos puntos claves turísticos dentro de la ciudad. Cada noche que regresábamos la habitación estaba impecable, el servicio siempre muy ameno de parte de todos, y realmente podíamos descansar muy bien! Lo único que no recomiendo es la comida del room service, y que hay que tomar en cuenta que su estacionamiento es limitado pero siempre hay valet parking. Definitivamente volveríamos! :) "

"Hallways on the 4th floor were very dark. There is only one trash can in the room. There no one in the swimming pool to provide you with a towel you have to reach the front desk and they will bring it you. Most of the Staff was very friendly and made me feel right at home."

"Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Guadalajara, convenient for tour excursions. Staff was amazing and provided us with amazing hospitality. "
