"True Blue is a nice family friendly resort. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. I only have two small complaints: 1. Room service can be improved. I tried to order room service (dining) on a Wednesday night and got no response. I get the resort has a great food truck event on Wednesdays, but your resort members may not want to deal with the crowds. When I ordered room service the next night. "I had a health issue and needed to go to the ER at 2:30 am. No taxis running at that hour but the owner drove me in to get checked out and then waited to bring me back. Extra-ordinary customer service. The accommodations comfortable but basic, the site has easy access to the beach and the vibe chill. No neon lights, no party scene, just the needed accoutrements for a laid back vacation."
