"Nice simple clean condos located a 5 minute drive from Windham mountain. Clean efficiencies, no fancy frills. Bed was comfy. Pull out couch squeaky and off kilter for my son. Decent gym and game room. Water from tap is sulfuric and smells, so if you take a bath that’s the aroma. Surprised they don’t provided filtered water or a few bottles for drinking. "Completely and unexpectedly perfect! We had a spacious room with a little kitchen, 10min from Belleayre. Super clean and toasty warm even when it was 0F outside. Highly recommend!"

"The service was excellent, the room was perfect (the splitter/HVAC units on the ground outside the room were a bit noisy - but not unpleasant at least for me - however for future guests, you may want to consider muffling the sound if possible), immaculate, bed was very comfortable, TV was excellent (theatre-grade), the Exec Chef at the Shandaken is definitely "Michelin-grade", outstanding cuisine, complimentary breakfast menu was fantastic, the entire management/service team was/is "top-notch"....

"We had a great time at The Amelia this past weekend. The property is beautiful, and we loved how the whole house was usable to our discretion: there was a living room with a fireplace, the kitchen was stocked with breakfast items and snacks kindly prepared by the hosts, and the backyard had a fire pit perfect for the cold weather we experienced. The rooms were also very cozy and spacious. Would definitely go back again or recommend to anyone considering a trip to the area!"
