"I recently stayed at this property for four nights, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. While the location is nice, and the property itself has a lot of potential, the experience was disappointing due to a lack of basic services and communication issues. Firstly, there was no housekeeping at all during my entire stay, which was frustrating and left the room feeling neglected. "A really nice hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent room, brilliant swimming pool and very close to the KL Tower. In addition the shower was great and instant hot water. When checking in we were not told what the breakfast options were and where to go so that would be helpful but other than that I would definitely stay here again "

"Would recomend a tower view I had a city view and it wasnt great. Staff are atentive and eager to help. Central location and a great place to stay. Pool, gym and Spa look great. I havr seen more modern hotels however it is all on a greay condition"

"I did not like the room bathroom nor the front desk handling of my check in nor check out I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends, it was an cheap looking place but it should have been with the way the place is managed, compared to many other Holiday Inn Express we.ve stayed in this one should only hold a 1 or 2 star rating.
