"The pools look great! But, once you get in, it's just hard to find a comfortable position, like, the benches are either too high or too low and angled poorly so that your bottom side floats off. Unfortunately the front of house staff at reception were extremely poor constantly on their phones watching videos barely could they look up from said devices to say good morning or good evening. The hotel was dirty,noisy and outdated."

"They rented me a room saying it had a bathtub, it was in the photos and they confirmed it to me over the phone, when I arrived at the hotel they said the room was not available, as I arrived at 9pm I accepted, but this kind of thing is disrespectful"

"Property is ok. Tile on floor was lose making noise. Looks like property got 2 kind of management. Prime and IMG. You go one place they send you for the other if you make a reservation with a different provider. No brakefast include if you want needs to pay apart . We have to leave the car on the street garage was full. No one to help with luggages . We extend ou stay another day and they can’t get it done at front desk need to go to either prime or IMG to get it done. Good place ok food...

"Ficamos neste hotel quando estávamos nos deslocando de um Estado para outro, pratos executivos e aperitivos Excelente. A proprietária muita prestativa. Ótima localização para quem está de passagem pela cidade. Café da manhã muito bom. Estrutura do Hotel muito boa, possui piscina aquecida. Quartos e limpeza muito bom. Ar condicionado muito bom.
