"Minha experiência não foi muito boa. Os pontos positivos são: a localização do Hotel, excelente café da manhã, banheiro grande e os funcionários atenciosos. Os pontos negativos: fiquei no quinto andar, as camas eram velhas, colchões horríveis, roupa de cama furada. Além disso, os elevadores precisam ter melhor manutenção, acabei ficando presa dentro dele pois parou de funcionar assim que eu entrei. Outro ponto, foi que reservei 4 quartos e precisávamos de 1 vaga de estacionamento, porém no dia que chegamos o estacionamento estava lotado e meu carro teve que ficar na rua. Acredito que o Hotel precise de uma remodelagem nos móveis e troca total de roupas de cama e travesseiros."

"Bom hotel, estrategicamente localizado, próximo a estrada. Tudo bem limpo com quarto confortável para descasando e um ótimo chuveiro! O café da manhã é bem simples, poderia ter mais opções. "

"They rented me a room saying it had a bathtub, it was in the photos and they confirmed it to me over the phone, when I arrived at the hotel they said the room was not available, as I arrived at 9pm I accepted, but this kind of thing is disrespectful"

"The catering staff and the cleaning staff were doing a fine job . Unfortunately the front of house staff at reception were extremely poor constantly on their phones watching videos barely could they look up from said devices to say good morning or good evening. The hotel was dirty,noisy and outdated."
