"Staff at reception, restaurant and also breakfast were all amazing. Housekeeping also came to make a bed up after a room change and was lovely and friendly. Whole place was immaculate. Spa was busier than we would’ve liked so struggled for a sunlounger, room was too warm too."

"The hotel was very clean and the room was lovely. The extras I had paid for were in place which was appreciated and my request for a garden room with a door also appreciated. Our disappointments were in the bar, the beer on tap is not cold at all. This was pointed out to the staff evening one but was still the same evening two. You don't sell crisps either which I thought was strange. Ordered room service by mobile as phone didn't work in the room, waited 40 mins then my partner went to ask,...

"We had an unusually large room and our dogs were allowed to stay with us, which was great, as other hotels in the area couldn't accommodate them. The breakfast was generous with lots of options. The swimming pool area is perfect. What made our stay particularly enjoyable, though, were the helpful and friendly employees. They were all fantastic!"

"Came for the Xmas market .the boat house had a fantastic position right on the rivers edge saw the boats out at night training was great. Staff and food at the pub were great.Unfortunately the TV was not working for our 3 day stay but we’re given £10 per person voucher towards our evening meal.This did offer some compensation for not having a TV would definitely return ."
